Hello!!!! Very good question. Majority of the times we do not realize the need of therapist and when we acknowledge the need we don't know where to go. Moreover there's too much information sometimes that makes us more confused about whom and why's. My simple suggestion would be try to understand your need first and then look for the profile of the therapist. Finally choose the one that you feel matches best with dealing your circumstances. Also the therapist will be an aid to your solution, it's YOU, who have to walk on the path to discovery. Hope this helps

Tensions are part of life. Imagine an ECG graph without downs, you guessed it right, the person is dead. So tensions push you to think beyond your expectations and perform. We must try to navigate through the root and reason of tension, therapy which strengthen you to find out the rational root cause are helpful. Rather than looking for a solution let's do it the other way round by first understanding the reason. Once you know the underlying reason for disturbed sleep, it will be much easier to find the solution. Stress is mainly due to undertaking more burden than the our body and mind is capable. If it's your body that's burdened or mind, yoga simply helps to relieve you from the stress, improves blood and oxygen circulation and also flexibility. But, in long run you need to understand the algorithm of your body intake. Yoga is a catalyst not a complete solution to the stress. Healthy lifestyle, a friend to talk and a deep sufficient sleep is a must.
Try not to interfere too much and at the same time be with them when he/she needs you. Don't judge just listen Don't reply or reciprocate or advice, just be there to hold hands. Don't interrupt, allow the Flow Be strict but be subtle
There are series of therapies that can be useful for planning future. One can always set short term goals in their professional lives and try to achieve them. Simultaneously, also have a vision towards a long term goal. These short term goals will step towards achieving long term goals. Along with these goals, what is more important is manifestation, conviction and perseverance accompanied with hardwork. These traits attributes towards success.
I personally use replacement therapy. Which means replace a particular negative thought with similar positive thought. Sometimes negative thoughts are our imaginations, some are realistic, some negative thoughts are unknown fears that hardly exist, some are our intuitions, that may get real. Each scenario can be replaced by similar positive situation. Some realistic and intuitive thoughts can be also combated by working towards the situation and being proactive. This will not only help you resolve your negative thoughts but also help you to have a sense of satisfaction by resolving the thought and actively converting it into a positive situation.
In simple words, I would say that imposter syndrome is nothing but lack of confidence. You yourself don't believe in your skills and undermine your own talent, traits and trust in yourself
