Hi That's a great question. I know it can be a difficult choice to make. I appreciate you being open to therapy as it is a very big step. There may be chances that you do not find the right therapist at first. It might take a while for you to open up and adjust around. But you can always clearly discuss with your therapist about your expectations and what your goals are and mutually work on them. There are many therapist who have special areas of expertise and hence they may be helpful. Also, it is your right to know about the therapists educations and expertise and its ok to ask them.

Hi I understand that it can get difficult. Maybe initially you can start slow and add only 1/2 things on your list and gradually proceed to do more. You also add a reward system which might motivate you to do the task. Setting up reminders could be another way to maintain it and maybe you can ask someone to be accountable so you might become more motivated towards completing the task. Hope this helps .
