Anxiety is a common experience among students, and it can have a significant impact on their well-being and academic performance. As educators, parents, and caregivers, it's essential to provide support and guidance to help students manage anxiety effectively. In this blog, we will explore strategies for helping students with anxiety in school.

1. Create a Safe Environment: Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing themselves without judgment. 

2. Open Communication: Encourage open conversation with students. Let them know they can talk to you about their anxiety without fear of repercussions.
