I personally use replacement therapy. Which means replace a particular negative thought with similar positive thought. Sometimes negative thoughts are our imaginations, some are realistic, some negative thoughts are unknown fears that hardly exist, some are our intuitions, that may get real. Each scenario can be replaced by similar positive situation. Some realistic and intuitive thoughts can be also combated by working towards the situation and being proactive. This will not only help you resolve your negative thoughts but also help you to have a sense of satisfaction by resolving the thought and actively converting it into a positive situation.

Letting go of negative thoughts can be challenging, but with practice and persistence, it is possible. To let go of negative thoughts, start by becoming aware of them and challenging their reality. Replace negative thoughts with positive or realistic ones, and try reframing situations from a different perspective. Practice gratitude, engage in positive activities, and be kind to yourself with self-compassion. Seek support from our trusted mental health professionals to help you through this process.
