How do I start a practice that I stick with?

Hi I understand that it can get difficult. Maybe initially you can start slow and add only 1/2 things on your list and gradually proceed to do more. You also add a reward system which might motivate you to do the task. Setting up reminders could be another way to maintain it and maybe you can ask someone to be accountable so you might become more motivated towards completing the task. Hope this helps .
