It reflects your inner strength and determination, even when things feel so difficult. If possible, I’d highly recommend therapy. It can help you understand your feelings, work on self-compassion, and develop healthier coping strategies. Meanwhile, although it can feel incredibly hard, try to push yourself to engage in small things that used to bring you some pleasure, even if it's just for a moment. Taking a walk or doing light exercise can also help lift your mood more than you might expect. Exploring guided imagery, meditation, or breathing exercises can be calming.—there’s no one-size-fits-all, so it’s okay to experiment and see what feels right for you. Remember that you don’t have to face this alone!
